Will a Zombie Apocalypse Happen?

Many people speculate whether a zombie apocalypse will happen or even if it possibly can happen. I personally think its possible and for me if its possible I'll prep for it. Many persons believe Television shows such as "The Walking Dead" are completely unrealistic. Many people ask questions such as "Why don't they starve"? And "Why don't they eat each other"? Both questions can't be answered but in reality, life with zombies or "walkers" may not be exactly the same as it is the TV show. They may be cannibalistic if there ever was an outbreak, and they may starve in the real world. That would be better for the uninfected humans that still inhabit the earth. But I personally am not going to wait around and hope they kill each other or "die off". I'm going to be prepared.
Also what many people and Christians don't know is that in the Bible it speaks about a "plaque" that will cause people to become "walking corpses". The verses below all speak about an apocalypse.

Zechariah 14:12 ||And the LORD will send a plague on all the nations that fought against Jerusalem. Their people will become like walking corpses, their flesh rotting away. Their eyes will rot in their sockets, and their tongues will rot in their mouths.
Zechariah 14:13 ||On that day they will be terrified, stricken by the LORD with great panic. They will fight their neighbors hand to hand.
Revelation 11:6 ||These men have power to shut up the sky so that it will not rain during the time they are prophesying; and they have power to turn the waters into blood and to strike the earth with every kind of plague as often as they want.
Revelation 11:8 ||Their bodies will lie in the street of the great city, which is figuratively called Sodom and Egypt, where also their Lord was crucified.
Revelation 11:11 ||But after the three and a half days a breath of life from God entered them, and they stood on their feet, and terror struck those who saw them.
Ezekiel 37:10  ||So I prophesied as he commanded me, and breath entered them; they came to life and stood up on their feet–a vast army.
If you're not a Christian this may mean absolutely nothing to you but if you are this may change your perspective on "zombies". For me as a Christian this is more than enough info for me to start preparing for the zombie apocalypse.I'm all for the famous quote "Better to be safe than sorry".
